En Primeur Tasting Notes 2017 Red
Pommard, Grand Clos des Epenots
This is very succulent on the strike. It is a rich and full wine with density and layering. It has plenty of volume and is complex. Full and powerful on the finish. There is finesse here too. Lovely long and vigorous finish.
*Pommard, Rugiens
Cocoa powder on the nose. This is silky smooth and fine. It glides on the palate. A Pommard of some finesse. It has a lively salty sapidity. It is layered and straight and fine. Salty finish. Cocoa powder at the end. Talc texture at the end. Just a delight.
